I was on a lunch break while attending a convention at the Yakima Convention Center and decided to try the food at Single Hill Brewing. Only to find they don’t offer food there, but they did have a food truck called Javi’s in their courtyard! It seems that Javi’s specializes in Birria. I was with a friend and he chose the Birria Nachos, while I went with a. Birria Torta. Both of us were very impressed with not only the flavors of our lunches, but also the large proportions of them! You definitely get your money’s worth from Javi’s!

We had a very enjoyable experience recently having Javi's cater on site for our daughter & son-in-laws 15th wedding anniversary party! We had a group of nearly 75 total, including children & we had rave reviews from all of our attendee’s. Food was hot, plentiful & delicious. We worked out an efficient system that worked out both for Javi’s & our guests that eliminated them standing in long lines outside in the high heat of the day on August 23rd, while they were also able to serve the public at the same time. They accommodated my specific requests & were extremely easy to work with. Their pricing was affordable as well. My best catering experience thus far. We highly recommend them for general eating & party catering on site & would use them again in a heart beat.

Shrimp tacos are Absolutely delicious! Straight Fire!! Fish tacos are Amazing! The adobada is on point as well. Great portions, flavorful sauce and fresh made. If you haven't tried them yet, you are missing out.

One of the best deals in town. The Friday burrito is big and massive for 10 bucks. Their quesadillas are stuffed. Good guys operating a truck. And you can get a beer!

Edit: The food was great, the service was great. I tried the asada, chicken, & carnitas. The chicken was my favorite. The steak had good natural flavor I just thought it could use a tiny bit more salt. I do prefer my tortillas being more crispy but overall i'd definitely return. Original: I'm not sure what's up with downtown Yakima..this is the second time I've walked somewhere for lunch and they're not open... I'll update my review once I try the food.

Great location, plenty of parking and seating. This partnership with the brewery is genius. Very short wait time and easy transactions. Could be a quick in and out lunch spot or a sit down hang out place with friends over good food and drinks. Had the street tacos, one of each. They were great tacos. They added more salt to the meats which made it miles better. Fish tacos, shrimp tacos were fantastic too. Flavorful, and surprisingly large portions. Quesabirria, as I was told is the "same concept" as their "birria pizza" but half the size. This thing is packing flavor. If you like birria or fatty beef, get this, eat it with a cold one from the bar.

Outstanding tacos and burrito. Meat was cooked perfectly, sauce was spot on. The wait for food was not long and they were very accomodating with changes to the food. Pairs great with the beer from Single Hill Brewery. Highly recommend.
